To date, Adapt CNY, Inc. has not previously been required to file an annual report with the Charities Bureau, however, its first annual report will be filed with the Charities Bureau on or before May 15, 2007."

"Application for tax-exempt status pursuant to Internal Revenue Code Section 501(c)(3) has been filed and is pending before the Internal Revenue Service. Once received, tax-exempt status will be retroactive to the date the application was filed and any contributions received will be tax-deductible pursuant to Internal Revenue Code Section 170. Adapt CNY, Inc. will provide contemporaneous written acknowledgement of any contributions received in accordance with IRS Regulations."
